Should I install 2006 Hotfix Rollup (KB4578605)?

I have Configuration Manager 2006 Hotfix Rollup (KB4578605) ready to install in my console.
Right now, I am unaware of any issues in my environment that this hotfix will fix. In addition, I have read about some people having issues with this HFRU and co-management, in this sub and on Twitter.
Generally, I like to keep my ConfigMgr environment up to date via the Updates and Servicing node in the Administration workspace. It is a single server environment, really only used for deploying Windows updates to on-prem servers.
Should I install this hotfix rollup even if it's not to fix a specific issue in my environment?
I'd love to be fully up to date and know that my environment will be ready for the 2010 update whenever it is released (not that the HFRU could be a prerequisite for 2010, as far as I know). I'm just worried about doing multiple rounds of client updates and wondering if I should ignore this update and just wait for 2010 to get released.
I'm also hesitant to install this HFRU as it looks like there is an additional hotfix/revised client update as detailed in this doc (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4578605/update-rollup-for-microsoft-endpoint-configuration-manager-version-200):

[RELEASE] Tekken 7 Jukebox Tool v1.8.0 - Save/Load feature, Bugfixes, UX

Tekken 7 Jukebox Tool - Update v1.8.0

Default Music Pack (T1 - TTT2)

UPDATE NOV 2020: I am AWARE that certain functionality of the tool is broken in Season 4. Thanks to everyone who initially reported the issues - it was helpful then, but at this point, I'd say telling me again probably won't do much help, so if you're looking to comment to let me know that the tool is broken: Thank you, but I already know that! I have a Season 4 update planned - keep your eyes peeled on this subreddit or the Modding Zaibatsu Discord server, where I will 100% post once an update is ready.

We're on a roll here! Here's another new update for the Tekken 7 Jukebox Tool - this one introduces a new feature many of you have been asking for, both in the v1.6.0 release thread and back during those years where the tool was first introduced: A save/load feature! You can now save and load your playlists as you please, in case you want to give your eardrums a little variety every now and then. No longer will you have to painstakingly recreate your personal Tekken mixtape every time you run the tool - just use the magical properties of modern technologies and create your very own library of playlists.
Also included is a little fun feature if you're feeling adventurous - you can now completely randomize your playlist. And when I say "completely", I really do mean completely. The tool does not take prisoners, and it will set a completely random track for every phase of every stage. So you may be listening to a Tekken 2 song in the first two rounds of a stage, only to then be graced by some lovely Tekken 4 music in the final round. The sky's the limit. Be advised, though, that switching out every single track in the game will lead to a long compilation time once you hit that "Generate" button, so be patient!
Which brings us straight to a quality-of-life change introduced in this update: a new progress bar upon generating your .pak. The tool will no longer look like it crashed while it's doing its work in the background.
There has also been a minor bug fix that should decrease the number of "duds" among certain combinations of music and stage. I've been getting reports that certain stages would just not play music at all - hopefully, this update takes care of that.
Please enjoy, and let me know if there are any bugs!

1. Description and Purpose

The Tekken 7 Jukebox Tool allows for easy replacement of existing background music in Tekken 7 for the PC. Simple to use and extensible, it aims to be the primary means for the Tekken 7 modding community to share their custom music mods and allow users to be flexible in their choice of preferred music. Anyone can create additional music packs for use with this tool, making it the easiest way to adjust and cater to every aspect of your personal musical needs.

2. Requirements

  • Microsoft Windows 7 or higher
  • Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5 or higher

3. Instructions

  • Download and extract the tool in a location of your choice
  • Download the Default Music Pack or generate and import your own soundbanks for use with the tool (find the tutorial further down this post)
  • Place any music packs in the /BGM/ directory (which has to be located in the same directory the tool is run from)
  • Launch the tool and choose your preferred background music for each individual stage, then select "Generate .pak"
  • The tool will generate a "Jukebox_P.pak" in the same directory it's run from
  • Place "Jukebox_P.pak" in your "TEKKEN 7/TekkenGame/Content/Paks/~mods" directory (if it doesn't already exist, create it)
  • Launch the game and enjoy your new music!

4. Special Thanks

  • HelixShot, for putting me on the right path to the solution for FR stage BGM replacements
  • xRuneXero, for compiling an extensive list of soundbank IDs for the default game BGMs, which I shamelessly parsed and converted for use with the stage list in this tool
  • Gneiss, for finding the encryption key the music soundbank is encrypted with, which made this new release possible
  • Ressen_XiaoPai, for compiling an up-to-date list of stage BGM IDs that are distributed with the latest version

5. Known Issues

  • none

6. Frequently Asked Questions

Does this tool work online? Since it only locally replaces non-gameplay relevant data that does not affect your opponent's game in any way, using it online should be completely fine. There is, however, no guarantee, and I can't say for 100% certainty that there won't be any problems.
Can you make it so the music doesn't restart when the fight goes into the final round? This is impossible using the method this tool uses to replace music, and extremely unlikely to change in the future. As such, the answer will always be a No, I'm afraid.
Stage X is missing/Music X is missing from the default BGM pack/Stage X doesn't play any music! Leave a message in this thread pointing me to whatever is wrong and/or missing in and from the tool, and I'll look at it as soon as I find the time. Do not DM me, as this will lead to you getting ignored (or blocked if you're persistent).
I set music for Stage X, but it plays on Stage Y! See above; however, you first might want to make sure that you didn't use the Jukebox Cheat Engine mod that adds the Jukebox menu to the PC version. The Jukebox Tool assumes that every stage is assigned its regular music -- if you've made any changes using the Jukebox UI mod, you'll have to undo them before using the Jukebox Tool.
Can I use this at the same time as other music mods that modify FR stages? No. Since both the Jukebox Tool and every other music mod that modifies FR stages has to replace the same file in order to work, they'll conflict, and one of them will not work. The author of the music mod you'd like to use will likely have used WWise to convert their music to the correct game format; you could ask them if they can provide their mod in the form of a music pack for the Jukebox tool.
My replaced background music is really quiet? Try downloading the updated Default Music Pack. It should contain fixes for the low volume that many users have been complaining about. If it still contains a track that doesn't match to the official BGM in volume, please let me know so that I can fix it.
